TECHNIQUE TIPS
Concealer can be applied before or after foundation application. Use under the eyes to conceal dark circles, on red areas or blemishes, and to highlight the face- use along and around the nose. Apply with concealer Brush #019 to avoid cross contamination from the hands, and for a clean smooth finish. Dust Powder Perfect Pressed Powder over the face to set foundation and concealer.
